"I hit him as hard as I could. He hit me hard as he could. It turned out he had more things to hit with than I did."

No, I can’t.
That’s the thing: I literally cannot explain why someone who believes the things that Rick Santorum believes and says the things that Rick Santorum says can be a leading contender for a major party’s Presidential nomination this late in a campaign…
I was about to write something about why I have such a massive distaste for santorum (all of the puns) but then I realized Dead Presidents was a few steps ahead of me.Source: deadpresidents
Here are some things I’ve been up to lately:
The top 3 pictures are from my Mardi Gras excursion with some friends, including Steph.
The first is of 3 dancing bear statues made by the Inuit people that I fell in love with at the New Orleans Museum of Art. The middle is the view from a cafe in the French quarter that we ducked into to wait out the torrential rain that came out of nowhere on Saturday. The third is a quick shot I grabbed of Bourbon street in the afternoon to send to a friend, it was much, much more crowded and crazy than it appears. It also doesn’t show the beads constantly flying through the air which is more of a hazard than you’d think.
The bottom are from the sadie’s dance I rocked last weekend. The left picture is of Terra and me at dinner and the right is of my pal Evan with a sign we “borrowed” from the front of some neighborhood on the way to an after party.
- yes…Rick Santorum swept tonight’s nominating contests, winning Colorado and Minnesota’s caucuses in addition to Missouri’s primary. He’s now won more states than Mitt Romney.
- however…No delegates were awarded tonight, so these victories—as well as all victories to this point—are significant primarily from the standpoint of public perception and media narratives. source
non binding primaries are for real dumb.Source: shortformblog
“Santorum often touts his grandfather’s flight from Italy “to escape fascism,” but he has neglected to publicly mention their close ties with the Italian Communist Party. “Rick’s grandfather Pietro was a liberal man and he understood right away what was happening in Italy,” Mrs. Santorum told Oggi. ‘He was anti-fascist to the extreme, and the political climate in 1925 was stifling so he left for America.’”
Anonymous asked: Why are you so against Santorum?
I’ll let Rick Santorum explain why I’m against Rick Santorum.
“It is startling that those in the media and academia appear most disturbed by this aberrant behavior [the…
I don’t have a lot of time but I have a lot of opinions so given the last few debates here is how the talking heads are doing in my estimation.
Jon Huntsman is the adult in the room and it isn’t doing him any favors with his own party but it’s giving him support from the other side.
Herman Cain is haha oh wait.
Ron Paul is surprisingly rational when it comes to understanding concepts like bombing other people pisses them off and makes them want to bomb us. Unfortunately, he’s still a racist, classist, sexist old dude.
Michele Bachmann is still convinced she’s a serious candidate, no one else is. When Newt Gingrich can make fun of you for being factually inaccurate you should really give up.
Rick Perry is not Tim Tebow and is not entirely sure that Mexico and Iran aren’t in cahoots. Too dumb to function. Bravo Texas, you present us with such quality.
Newt Gingrich is not nearly as smart as he thinks he is, but is convincing a lot of Republicans otherwise. He’s just cocky enough to make it work.
Mitt Romney has no real opinions and still might get to be the POTUS.
Rick Santorum is not real.
hahaha oh Ron Paul…
